Things to consider when booking an appointment/visiting us
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
- In case of late arrival, the processing time is reduced or canceled if the remaining time is too short.
- Some body treatments are not suitable in cases such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart problems, pacemakers, etc. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor.
- Please respect us and don’t come for treatment if you have a cold.
- If the treatment is to be paid for with a gift card, please check that the gift card is valid and do not forget to take it with you. Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Uncanceled appointments are charged at SEK 700 per hour of treatment.
- Turn off your cell phone, both for your own and others’ relaxation.
- Please, do not bring children when you come for treatment!
- Animals are not allowed in our salon!
